What are the accepted payment methods at Ceramique Aesthetics?
We accept HSBC, Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, Amex, NETS, PayNow, GrabPay, and cash (Singapore Dollars only).
Health & Pregnancy
Should I avoid facial or hair removal treatments if I am pregnant?
You may consult your gynecologist first. Please inform us if you're pregnant, so our consultant can recommend safe prenatal care treatments and ensure your comfort and safety throughout.
What if I have special health considerations?
You’ll be asked to complete a registration/medical indemnity form. Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, physical ailments, or pregnancy. Notify us before booking, and alert your therapist if you feel any discomfort during treatment.

How will I know which facial is right for me?
We offer a complimentary consultation with a full skin analysis to determine the most suitable facial for your skin type and concerns.
Why is it important to have regular facials?
Regular facials help slow down signs of aging, detoxify the skin, and keep it healthy, nourished, and free of pollutants.
Why do I need a professional skin beautician?
Your skin, the body’s largest organ, needs professional care. Our certified beauticians are regularly re-trained to deliver results-driven treatments and recommend the right products to maintain your skin between sessions.
How soon will I see results from facial treatments?
Some may see immediate results—smoother, more hydrated skin. For more advanced concerns like acne or pigmentation, results improve gradually with regular treatments and proper home care.
SHR Hair Removal
How long does it take to see results with SHR?
Most see visible results after each session. Over time, the need for shaving or plucking decreases significantly.
Are there any possible risks or side effects?
SHR is safe and effective. Some may experience temporary redness, tingling, or slight swelling—normal signs that the treatment is working.
How many sessions are needed to achieve results?
Multiple sessions are required to target hair in different growth stages. Results begin from the first session, but our consultant will recommend a personalized treatment plan.
Is SHR guaranteed to provide permanent hair removal?
While results are long-lasting, hormonal changes like pregnancy or menopause can trigger new hair growth. These hairs are usually finer and lighter.
Are male guests welcome?
Yes, we welcome male guests for hair removal treatments. However, we do not offer Boyzilian or inner thigh services.
Can SHR be done during the menstrual cycle?
Yes, except for Brazilian treatments due to hygiene considerations.
