Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Whatsapp.

Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled treatment to avoid delays or shortening of treatment.

Our Consultant will guide you and provide the best suitable treatment based on your skin condition or hair condition.

We accept HSBC, Mastercard, Visa, Unionpay, Amex, Nets, PayNow, Grabpay and Cash payment in Singapore Dollars Only.

You may check with your gynecologist first however, please let us know so that our consultant can recommend the most suitable prenatal care treatments for you. This will also allow us to take precautionary measures to ensure that you are perfectly safe and pleasant throughout your facial treatment with us.

You will be required to fill up a complete registration form/medical indemnity form. Please answer all the questions thoroughly and let our Consultant know should you have any medical concerns and/or physical ailments.

Please notify our consultant before booking your treatments if you have high/low blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments, disabilities, of if you are pregnant.

At any point of time during your treatment, if you are facing any discomfort please alert our therapist.

Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness. Ceramique Aesthetics reserves the right to shorten the duration of the treatment accordingly or end the session on the scheduled time so that the next customer’s treatment will not be delayed. Do note that full payment of the entire treatment will still be chargeable.

For late arrivals of more than 15 minutes, Ceramique Aesthetics will regard the appointment as No Show and the appointment will be deducted automatically by our system.

To enjoy treatments at Ceramique Aesthetics, customers must be 21 and older. Customers between age 16 to 20, will require to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Yes, we welcome male guests to enjoy treatment provided at Ceramique Aesthetics.

At Ceramique Aesthetics, we offer a complimentary consultation. Our consultant will provide you with a full skin analysis and guide you as to which facial is best suited for your skin type and skin concerns.

Ideally, it will be good to come in every 2-4 weeks based on your skin condition, skin care regime, and most importantly what your beautician recommends. We are firm believers in the power of regular skin maintenance and results-driven facial treatments. Consistent facial treatment is the rule.

It varies individually, some people might see results immediately, and their skin should feel clean, smooth, less bumpy, hydrated and visibly different right away.

If the skin condition is more advanced such as acne, skin aging or hyper-pigmentation caused by hormonal in-balance or sun damage, results may not be immediately visible. However, skin condition will improve gradually if you follow the recommendations and advice of your therapist, and continue your advised home-care regime diligently.

You should never experience discomfort, irritation or burning sensation during your facial. Ceramique uses products that are of natural ingredients. Should you feel any discomfort at any point of time, please let our therapist know immediately.

SHR is one of the treatments available that is suited for all skin types. However, skin examination is still required before the start of treatment.

Super Hair Removal is a safe and effective treatment. However it depends on individual skin type, condition and sensitiveness of the skin. Some may experience a slight tingling sensation, skin redness (erythema) or slight swelling (edema). These are normal reactions which means the treatment was effective and should generally diminish on their own after a short while.

Treatment area can be on upper lips, underarm, full arms and legs, half arms and legs, Brazilian area, Chest, Back and even fingers and toes.

Yes, we welcome male guests to enjoy our Hair Removal treatment provided at Ceramique Aesthetics, however we do not provide treatment for Boyzilian and inner thighs area.

Yes, it is alright. However, due to hygiene purposes, we are not able to treat customers who are doing Brazilian area.

As human beings have millions of hair follicles, a high percentage of which is always lying dormant beneath the skin. Even though the treated areas remain free of hair after the treatments are completed, it is possible that hormones surges, pregnancy or menopause may activate growth of new hair which tends to be finer and lighter in texture.

This depends on individual skin and hair type. As SHR works by targeting hair in its active growth stage, multiple sessions are necessary in order to treat all of the follicles in the targeted area. Also, not all hair follicles are actively growing at one point of time thus, multiple sessions will be required to achieve optimal results. Throughout the course of treatment, hair will be reduced and become much finer from the very first treatment. From some, yearly maintenance treatment may be required. Before the start of treatment, our consultant will assess your skin and hair condition before advising you on the no. of treatments recommended.

Most people notice significant results following each treatment session, although the expected results won't appear until you have completed all of your recommended sessions. Throughout the course, you might notice that the need to shave, pluck, and epilate the treated area(s) will gradually be lesser until you no longer have to use these traditional hair removing methods.
